Creation of an animated TikTok video ad highlighting the latest STELARA® (ustekinumab) HCP campaign, geared toward reaching Specialty HCPs on the platform
The TikTok ad drove traffic to the STELARA® HCP landing page to encourage HCPs to dive deeper into how STELARA® could help their patients
Overall, the TikTok ad proved to be very successful, reaching over 80,000 HCPs within just 9 weeks of launching and having a video completion rate that was 103% over the TikTok healthcare benchmark

Educate HCPs in the hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) landscape in a personalized way that drives referrals and diagnosis, while priming the market for an upcoming branded launch

Solution

The HS-Awareness DSE experience was designed for HCP audiences and focuses on personalized content tailored to address unique careabouts. This is achieved through the website gateway page, where upon entering the website, HCPs select their specialty and current familiarity with HS to receive a personalized website experience
The gateway page also included an HCP locator tool, interactive quizzes for learning and knowledge retention and shareable social content cards to drive disease awareness and engagement
Developed an omnichannel experience with micro segmented drivers to reach target HCPs in the right channel at the right time across social, programmatic display and email and bolstered campaign impact by leveraging real KOL POVs through video content
Within two months of the site launch, HS-Awareness.com has seen over 25,000 sessions and KOL videos, which collectively have over 2,000 views
