quick‑to‑discover glue and guiding light, with oversight and
leadership in all digital strategy. She is a genuine know-it-all
healthcare industry consultant, the on‑the‑fly problem solver,

conception to execution, Heather provides a one‑of‑a‑kind

Lisa Von Thaden
Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of experience in at Omnicom Health Group, Lisa brings a diverse range of financial and operational leadership within pharma advertising. In her role as CFO, she is responsible for all the financial functions at the agency including client budget oversight, resource management and overall financial accounting. Lisa ensures that healthy financial management is integrated into the agency process while challenging her team to always find the best solutions for managing client’s budgets.

Taylor’s account expertise goes above and beyond the scope of her
role, delivering to Pharma clients exceptionally thorough KPI-driven
strategy and omnichannel innovation. She is innately proactive and
