Design an innovative tool to live on the XCOPRI HCP website that will drive engagement and make the Q+A process for HCPs more interactive.

Solution:

A first-of-its-kind conversational tool designed for HCPs that allows them to interact with a digitized version of an industry KOL, Dr. Pavel Klein

Users can access the platform 24/7 to ask questions via their voice, typing them in, or choosing from a menu. The AI is able to listen and respond in a conversational and humanized manner, using data from each interaction to improve its responses over time

Omnichannel Maturation

Objective:

With multiple indications, including allergic asthma, chronic spontaneous urticaria, and food allergy, Xolair required an advanced omnichannel approach that leveraged informative and performative data to boost engagement, streamline asset efficiency, and drive measurable impact across all touchpoints.

Solution:

Focus on informative data by growing organic website traffic and optimizing CSU OLV content. Leverage performative data through Experience Optimization Rooms and a comprehensive NPP asset audit.

Output:

Experience Optimization Rooms: Built a cross-functional framework to review performance data, align teams, and support agile decision-making across indications, both quarterly and ad hoc.
